How To Let Go of What Other People Think of You

Greetings on this beautiful Saturday!!!!!!!

Here’s a wonderful article from Arjun Walia that I think you will enjoy!!

How To Let Go of What Other People Think About You

by Arjun Walia

One of the biggest problems many of us face today is the opinions and perceptions others have about us. Constantly living our lives according to how others will perceive us holds us back from experiencing true freedom, as well as recognizing and maximizing our full potential and being ourselves. You don’t need anyone’s approval, follow your heart and enjoy the journey.

Where does “caring about what others think about us” come from?

Why are we self conscious? It stems from the idea that there is a certain way to be, a certain way to look, a certain way to act and rules to be followed when it comes to social interaction, life and other human tendencies. It’s only when we begin to question these things, step outside of ourselves and take the perspective of the ‘observer’ that we can truly see how robotic our society is, and how we are all programmed to be the same.

Mass media and marketing has definitely played a role in shaping the perception of the human mind, I like to refer to it as perception manipulation, and it happens on many different scales. I actually believe there is a sufficient amount of evidence to associate this with the CIA’s MK Ultra program, but that’s another topic.

We are constantly bombarded with the idea that “this is the way life is,” and you have to conform to it. This couldn’t be further from the truth, at any time you can choose to leave the “normal” life, to build and create something else that resonates with you. No one is saying the journey will be easy, but the journey itself will be full of many great lessons.

Many people, starting from a young age, have not felt comfortable “fitting in,” or being “normal.” As a result, others take notice and it becomes very hard for that individual to be themselves and ignore the judgments of others. They can also create a false identity simply from the desire to be “non-conformant.” From the day we are born, we are told how the world works and what we need to do to survive in it. If someone questions these teachings, a finger is instantly pointed at them which prevents them from fully being themselves.

So, where does “caring what others think about us” stem from? Again it stems from the idea that there is a certain way to be, do things and live your life. This is a completely false belief that prevents the world from moving forward. There is no way to be, there is no way to act, and as long as you come from a place of peace, love and neutrality (non-judgment), then you are free to do whatever you’d like.

It’s perfectly normal for someone to not want to work a 9-5 job, come home and repeat the same routine. You get a job, so you can afford to have a life, but then you spend all of your time at work and end up with no time to live the life you’re working for. Doesn’t make much sense does it? In the meantime, we remain blind and ignorant to what is really happening on our planet. Truth is, it doesn’t have to be this way.

So, if you do not resonate with this way of life and want change, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to be concerned with what anybody else thinks about it. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and do what you want to do, don’t hold yourself back because of the opinions of others. Ultimately, being yourself and letting go of what others think about you is a great lesson for them, and you.

Where do others judgments stem from?

Many people are so used to judging everything, not just people, but situations, experiences and more, that they are not even consciously aware of it. When we judge others, it usually stems from observing that individual, what they do, what they say, what they wear, and putting meaning behind it. Yes, actions may speak louder than words, but the perception of an action can be viewed from multiple perspectives, it doesn’t mean your perspective of observation is correct. Developing a description of an individual based on these observations, and defining them based on these qualities and observations usually holds very little truth.

Judgments often reflect the qualities and characteristics of the individual that’s doing the judging, not you.

What you choose to see in another is usually a reflection of you. This is not to say that others observations hold no validity. Refusing to acknowledge others observations of you and concepts that might be holding you back in your own life can be a problem. Ignoring the “judgments” of others can sometimes be a defense mechanism. It’s a good idea to take in what others observe in you, maybe you can learn and grow from these observations, maybe they see something in you that you are having trouble observing in yourself?

How to let it go?

The first step is to realize that judgments do not describe who you are, whatsoever. If someone else likes to say “she is this, or he is that,” just remember that it’s not true. You are not defined by someone else, what another person thinks of you is really none of your business.

Recognize that everyone else is just another part of you. See them as an extension of you, entangled in this miraculous web of life. We are all small single cells of one giant organism, we are all literally one. If we choose to try to understand the actions or tendencies of others, instead of judging them, it can open up many doors, new experiences and provide great lessons to the people involved.

Lastly, if you find yourself in a position where someone else is judging you, don’t come from the place of “forget them,” instead respond from a place of understanding, a place of kindness. Do not feed the energy of judgment with angry or negative emotions.

Realize that what you see in another is often a reflection of your current inner state at the time you are making the judgment. And last but not least, be honest with yourself. You know yourself better than anybody else does.

Namaste

Breaking Free of Negative Thought & Emotional Patterns

Greetings, fellow spiritual travellers!!

Today I am providing an article by Robert Sindelar who is with the Shaman Team from The Way Inn. (You’ll find links to Robert and The Way Inn in the article below.)

This is one example of the infinite ways to bring our awareness to our thoughts and feelings. When we become more aware of what we are thinking and feeling, we have an opportunity to choose better and better feelings and thoughts. Our thoughts and feelings are inextricably linked and we CAN choose what we think and how we feel!!! Enjoy!!!

Guiding Your Consciousness: Breaking Free of Negative Thought & Emotional Patterns

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!

Relax and enjoy the few remaining hours on 2013! Bring LOVE and PEACE into your heart to openly greet 2014! This will be the BEST year yet as LIFE continues to unfold perfectly as IT IS!

Encouragement from Abraham seems appropriate to ring in this new year; so, be gentle with yourself, enLIGHTEN up, be WELL and thoroughly ENJOY 2014!!!

Just do your best to keep yourself in balance. One of the first things that causes Energy misalignment, is asking or demanding too much of yourself in terms of time and effort. In other words, you just cannot burn the candle at both ends, so that you are physically tired, and then expect yourself to have a cheerful attitude. So, the rule of thumb has to be: “I’m going to be very, very, very happy, and then do everything I have time to do after that.”

Gratitude: Always Be Thankful

Do you know what day this is?

Today is World Gratitude Day and International Day of Peace. How awesome! People all over the world are coming together to celebrate Peace and Love, in Gratitude.

Giving thanks and being grateful create a very high vibration in one’s energy fields and simply feels good. And, feeling good is one of our biggest desires. Do you have your list of people, places or things that bring you joy? Well, you may also wish to identify those people, places or things for which you are most grateful or thankful.

Take a moment in the morning before you start your day, or in the evening when your day is complete, and make your Gratitude List. This exercise will lighten your spirit, open your heart, relax tension and bring a sense of peace. Revel in that moment of connectedness with LIFE—treasure it, laugh, sing and dance with it, getting as happy as you can!

Feeling grateful is profoundly healing and balancing. Practice gratitude as often as possible and continue feeling better and better every day!!!

With gratitude—enjoy your day!!

Perspective and Focus

Now that we can take a bit of time to reflect on ourselves, we have the wonderful opportunity to re-focus our energies on our goals and desires—how we move forward from where we are.

Here is a beautiful quote from Abraham (through Esther Hicks). It reminds us of our opportunity to choose how we see ourselves and our world.

For every pleasing thing, there is an unpleasing counterpart, for within every particle of the Universe is that which is wanted as well as the lack of that which is wanted. When you focus upon an unwanted aspect of something in an effort to push it away from you, it only comes closer, because you get what you give your attention to whether it is something that you want or not. It is up to you to focus upon and attract what is wanted.

 —Abraham
Excerpted from the book – Money and the Law of Attraction

It is up to us to focus on what we want—our desires, goals and objectives. Here, meditation can help us refine our perspective and focus. The following is a list of focal points for meditation or for focusing our attention on our desires—allowing all we choose to flow abundantly into our lives.

  • I am grateful for everything that abundantly flows into my life.
  • Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better.
  • My creativity is infinite; I have so many interesting ideas and I take appropriate action to succeed.
  • I enjoy tremendous creative energy.
  • I am Peace and Serenity.
  • I am LOVE; I am JOY.
  • I happily choose delightful experiences.
  • I am healthy, wealthy and wise.
  • My heart is open, allowing all things wonderful to flow into my life.
  • I trust the Wisdom of my heart.
  • I achieve my desires through awesome diligence and determination.
  • In every moment I am creating myself and my life.

Use one of these or create your own meditative focal point and allow yourself to relax into resonance or alignment with your goals and desires—raising your energy and vibration. As your energy and vibration rise to align with your goals and desires, you will notice more joy with yourself, with others and with your life in general. More good things and that which you desire will show up for you.

Enjoy!!!

Reflections

Autumn is approaching and offers time for reflection.

Reflection

How are you? How are you feeling? Are you where you want to be at this juncture of the year (or your life)? Have you achieved your goals?

Are you finding ways to be happy amidst all the hustle and bustle of Life?

Now may be a wonderful time to ‘take stock’ and reflect upon your plans and goals for this year.

  • Take time to breathe.
  • Take time to appreciate where you are.
  • Take time to appreciate all you have gained and achieved.
  • Take time to be grateful for your family, friends and associates—those who are in your life and who bring joy, meaning and opportunity to your life.
  • Release stress and tension.
  • Release regrets and perceived mistakes or failures.
  • Remember who you are—beautiful and perfect just as you are.
  • Remember that you can’t get ‘it’ wrong because ‘it’ is never done.

Acknowledge where you are NOW and choose how to proceed NOW.

Be happy; be blessed; be grateful and be at Peace. Namaste!

Get HAPPY, NOW!

Yes, we are back on this ‘get happy—now’ theme because it IS so important!

One of my most favorite sources of quotes and positive ideas is Abraham. Have you heard of Abraham? Esther Hicks channels a non-physical energy collective who prefer to be known as Abraham. Esther has been sharing the insights and wisdom she receives from Abraham for over 25 years and for me it is fantastic information. I encourage you to check out Esther’s offerings on their website: www.abraham-hicks.com.

Today’s daily offering is:

Tell everyone you know: “My happiness depends on me, so you’re off the hook.” And then demonstrate it. Be happy, no matter what they’re doing. Practice feeling good, no matter what. And before you know it, you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel — and then, you’ll love them all. Because the only reason you don’t love them, is because you’re using them as your excuse to not feel good.

—Abraham   (Excerpted from the workshop in Asheville, NC on April 30, 2005)

How simple—maybe not necessarily easy, but simple! And, again, our practice becomes that of letting others off the hook for our happiness. Another famous Abraham, Abraham Lincoln, is also credited with saying that, “People are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.” It is our choice concerning how happy we choose to feel and be in any moment.

Here are a few tips and ideas for getting to a happier place, more quickly.

  • Create a list of at least 35 items that bring you joy when you think of them. Then, use one item each day as a focus. Whenever you catch your mind wandering, re-focus on your item for that day and smile or laugh, happily.
  • Get up, get moving and change your ‘state’. Most of us feel better when we are more active. When our work keeps us desk-bound or more sedentary, it helps to take more frequent breaks to get up and get moving.
  • Breathe deeply. Oxygenate your system to increase well-being and feel better, happier. An oxygenated system is also healthier and that’s a good thing!

And, make no mistake—this is WORK. Without intent and effort on our parts, we are at the mercy of the thoughts and feelings that flow through our minds and bodies. It is a discipline developed over time through consistent intent and effort.

The world owes us nothing. Our life is a gift and what we make of it is up to us! Choose wisely; choose happily, and—get HAPPY, now!

Are you living life ‘waiting’ to feel good?…

Are you living life ‘waiting’ to feel good?….

This is a recent post by James Need and I really resonate with his messages. Check it out and take a few moments to review his blog; you may be presently surprised at the treasures you’ll discover there!

Be well; be blessed; be grateful; be loving and BE LOVE!!!!!

What is Taste? What Tastes Good?

For your Sunday evening consideration, LOVE is what tastes best!

The film, Like Water for Chocolate, demonstrates this so well. The emotions and feelings of the cook were a huge influence on how her family experienced her meals. When she was joyous, filled with love for her boyfriend, the family enjoyed a happy meal, laughing and feeling good. When she was unhappy with the family’s traditions, everyone cried during the meal.

I’m sure you have had similar experiences—one of your favorite meals at grandma’s, your mother’s favorite dish, a restaurant meal with your lover. LOVE is the secret factor in the supreme enjoyment of food (or anything, for that matter).

Everything is energy, and the higher the vibration surrounding the food, the better it will taste and the greater your enjoyment. It can be the chef, the cook, the food preparer, or you, the diner, who brings LOVE to the food and the meal. Since we cannot know or control what the others involved with the food we eat may be bringing to it, it is our task to bring the LOVE!!

The custom of ‘saying Grace’ before a meal is actually a sacred tradition to do just that. Our act of verbalizing appreciation and gratitude for the food we will be eating is a practice of raising our vibration. Gratitude and love are very high vibrations and are the greatest factors in improving a meal’s taste and enjoyment.

Raise your vibration and bring love to the table. I’m certain you will notice better taste and greater enjoyment!!

Bon apetite!

On this beautiful Thursday in August, I am drawn, once again, to another of my favorite words of wisdom. I marvel at the peace these words bring—I trust you will find greater peace and serenity with them as well. Enjoy!!!!

Words for Life by Max Ehrmann

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons, as they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive It to be; and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your own soul.

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful!
Strive to be happy!

Anytime or Anywhere

I love animation and animated movies. One of my favorites is Ratatoullie, from Pixar and Disney. It was released in 2007; and I watch it every year or so. I laugh, I cry; I’m totally engaged with the story and the rat, Remy.

Among many messages offered in the film, I especially resonate with the food critic, Anton Ego’s epiphany drawn from Chef Gusteau’s book title, Any One Can Cook. After learning that a rat had prepared his meal, the critic reflects upon everything he knows and thinks he knows and states (I paraphrase here), “It’s not so much that anyone can cook as it is that a good or great cook can come from anywhere.”

I love his phraseology. And, this is the ‘tipping’ point for any of us—inspiration or enlightenment can come from anywhere and at any time. A delightful meal or a bland one, a rising moon or spectacular sunset, an overheard snippet of conversation, a clap of thunder or whisper of wind, a dance or or piece of art—ANYTHING!

Simply being open to the present moment and the pool of infinite potential it holds can reveal mystery, magic and miracles!!!

Your 4 Responsibilities & How to Manage Them for Success

We Americans sure have a variety of ways to complicate our lives. We should lose weight, get a better job, exercise more, recycle more, and on and on and on. That list is virtually endless. What’s on your list?

I believe we can move forward a bit faster when we simplify and reduce this list to the only four responsibilities each of us truly has. There are only four—simple, yes? Well, yes they are simple, and not always easy. Successfully managing these four responsibilities is really what our lives are about.

Responsibility #1: What We Think

Yes, we do intentionally think thoughts and thoughts also leap into our minds unbidden. Our thoughts flow like a gentle stream, or sometimes like a raging river. Many have discovered meditation as a great tool or technique for calming one’s mind and slowing or stopping our thoughts. While stopping thought is very powerful for some, it may not be necessary for most of us if we can practice focusing and directing our thoughts toward those things or ideas that bring us joy, delight, and peace.

To the degree we allow others or any other external source to influence our thoughts, we allow that external source to control us. In our hearts, each of us has our own particular likes and dislikes, desires and interests; and we are free to pursue our interests as long as we do no harm to others and their things. We are sabotaging ourselves when we allow external influences to distract our thoughts away from our joyfulness. Being responsible means owning what we are thinking, and working to bring our thoughts and thinking back onto that which makes us happy and blissful.

Responsibility #2: What We Say

As children, what we say is mostly stream of consciousness—whatever flows into our minds comes immediately out of our mouths. The pure authenticity of this is exquisite! And, culturally, we have ethics and morals and standards for how we interact with one another that requires us to reflect upon what we say to consider the potential impact on others for what we are about to say. We learn this as we grow and mature.

I totally promote authenticity in all that we think, say, do and feel; and our maturity and wisdom is reflected in how we manage our verbal communications—that we strive to create a positive, healthy, and successful environment for ourselves and others with all that we say! Our practice is speaking encouraging and uplifting words, at all times, for ourselves and others—speaking constructively, kindly, lovingly and empoweringly, that others feel better having engaged with us.

Responsibility #3: What We Do—Our Actions

Acting in response to external situations without considering consequences is immature behavior. It can be expected in children and teens as they grow and mature. As adults, we are expected to have matured to the point that we manage our actions and behaviors to achieve the best outcomes in any situation. We are expected to act and respond rationally.

Well, we are not only rational beings; we are also irrational at times. And, even as we may act irrational at times, we are still responsible for our actions. What we do has a profound effect on ourselves and others. Remember interdependence? We are all connected and our thoughts, words and actions impact everything.

Again, our practice is in increasing our awareness of our presence and keeping our focus on positive, uplifting and empowering behaviors. Think well, speak well and act well.

Responsibility #4: How We Feel—Our Emotions

In his book, Blink, Malcolm Gladwell explains how our feelings affect our thoughts and discovered that, in reverse, our thoughts influence how we feel. And, actually, none of these levels are independent, they are all interrelated and interdependent. Everything we think, say, do and feel influences everything we think, say, do and feel.

This one is probably the most difficult for most of us. We have created the habit of reacting to our feelings and emotions and have not practiced recognizing when we are experiencing more negative emotions and making the effort to turn our thoughts and attention away from the disturbing event and back to those things that bring us joy. And, this is the practice.

Our practice is in increasing our awareness of how we are feeling, notice when we are angry, upset or sad. Then, changing our focus, our thoughts, our attention and returning our attention to something better, something more hopeful, something that raises our vibration and helps us feel better. And, it is easier to work in very small steps.

Upon recognizing that you are feeling down or ‘off’, take just a moment to breathe deeply and relax some of the tension around the ‘off’ feeling. Feel a slight expansion of your heart area, of feeling a bit more relaxed and a bit better. Then, reach for a happy, pleasant thought or memory when you were feeling blissful and joyous. Now, notice that you are feeling a little bit better. This is a small step you’ll continue repeating until you are feeling well enough to carry on.

In summary, each of our responsibilities has greater power than its precedesser. Our thoughts can be fleeting and carry an initial level of power. Based on our thinking, what we say carries a greater level of power, being more impactful in our lives. Our actions are more powerful still in determining what we receive in our lives; and our emotions, how we are feeling, are most powerful of all.

Our emotions are our indicators of how we are vibrating (our present level of energy) and that level of energy is what is creating our lives. Everything is energy; everything is vibrating. The higher our vibration, the better we feel and the happier and more joyous we are. Our practice is to increase our awareness of how we’re feeling and choose better thoughts to direct our focus back to that which brings us joy and delight.

When would be a good time to improve your practice? How about NOW?!?!?

To your continued joy and delight; may you find these in YOUR journeys! Get Happy NOW!

What Does “Namaste” Mean?

As an extension of our previous post on interdependence, here is an explanation that again reflects our connectedness and spirituality. Please enjoy and share widely!!!

Namaste is both a spoken Indian expression and a symbolic gesture that people use when greeting each other or in parting. Pronounced “na-ma-stay,” the term derives from Sanskrit and literally means “I bow to you.” It’s more commonly translated as “the divine light in me honors the divine light in you”. Namaste is the recognition that we are all equal and share a common divinity.

To perform the namaste gesture, place your palms together in a prayer position in front of your heart and slightly bow your head. You may also close your eyes if you wish. In the West, people usually speak the word namaste as they bow, but in India it’s understood that the gesture alone carries the same meaning. To indicate especially deep respect, you may put your hands together in front of your forehead (the site of the mystic third eye), gently bow your head, and bring hands down to your heart.

In the United States, many yoga instructors close their classes by performing namaste as a sign of appreciation and honor for their students, inviting them to connect with their own heart and truth. Westerners who have adopted the term and gesture generally endow it with a deeply sacred intention. In modern Southeast Asia, on the other hand, some individuals use namaste more informally to greet others in everyday life. Nonetheless, many people in India and elsewhere believe that the greeting is more than a simple “hello” or “hi” and use it to recognize that everyone shares a common and sacred divinity.

Using Namaste in our greetings is a wonderful way to share our respect for and appreciation of our connectedness with All That Is!!!

Toward Interdependence

Today I received a beautiful item from my good friend, Bonnie Willow. She is an amazing woman and has a lot to share. She received this in meditation and I feel it will benefit the world if we can pass this forward. Please share!!!!

From Bonnie:

BonBigCrystalRecently I was in meditation, and received a “Lesson” from my primary Spirit Guide, John.  It was brief, but it really struck me strongly and stayed with me for days.  I shared it with others, who experienced something similar. Here it is.  May it stir something worthy within you as well.

“You believe you are free.
You believe you have choice.

What is true is that all beings’ actions and thoughts are interdependent with those of all other life forms. As you lean one way – for instance, politically – others lean the opposite way, creating a group consensus reality halfway in between.

Thus, then, you can see that you are free only as far as you allow others their freedom.  Cats, dogs, turtles, clouds, fish and rocks too.  As you accord others their freedom, so do you receive freedom.

Think about this good and hard.
Meditate upon it long and silently.
It affects everything you do and think.

ONE BEING, BODY OF GOD, INDIVISIBLE,
SEEKS LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.”

Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing—this is an awesome message!!!!

Steven Covey spoke of growth from dependence to independence to interdependence. This is a very well-expressed statement on interdependence. This is where we are all headed, however we express it—and we all express it individually.

Blessings for your continued growth into greater interdependence with ALL!!!

The Amazing Art of Simplicity

My great friend, Joy Heartsong, found a special jewel and posted this today on Facebook. It’s simplicity is awesome, elegant and exquisite. Enjoy!!

Forgiveness: the Master Key

Are you still holding on to resentments, anger, or frustrations against someone for the wrongs or damages they caused you?

How’s that working out for you?

Does it bring you joy or do you feel happy when you reflect upon the situation? If not, why are you still hanging on to it?

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines Forgiveness as:

a.   to give up resentment of or claim to requital for an insult

b.  to cease to feel resentment against an offender

Forgiving is an act of love and kindness we give ourselves. We cannot make others do anything to help us feel good—that’s our task.

For some, confronting another to discuss a perceived wrong, harm or injustice is a viable and healthy approach when both parties can calmly and respectfully discuss and resolve an issue. In some situations, the perceived offender may no longer be available for such an approach.

Whether the perceived offender is available or not really doesn’t matter when we choose to forgive. When we choose forgiveness, we embark on our own process to healing and restoring our natural balance. We choose to feel better, to feel whole, to re-establish our connection or alignment with our Source. Anger, frustration, resentment, envy, or feeling disgruntled are negative emotions that block or hinder our connection with Source, keeping us from feeling our best and from accomplishing our goals and desires.

The next time you find yourself tied up in knots over someone who ‘done you wrong’ try this simple, 4-step approach for practicing forgiveness. The more often you practice the greater your results—the happier you’ll feel and the better your life will become.

4 Steps to Forgiveness

1.  Relax.
Calmly observe the situation. All is well in this moment, it is powerless—only your belief in the harm/damage can give it power.
2.  Breathe and Release.
Take 3 deep breaths, slowly exhaling each one. With each exhale, release any negative thoughts and feelings associated with the situation.
3.  Focus on expanding your heart.
Bring your focus to your heart and feel it opening and expanding with love and forgiveness. Feel love, forgiveness and gratitude flowing out from your heart into your entire body, filling you up completely.
4.  Allow.

Allow the healing powers of love, forgiveness and gratitude to restore your natural balance and connection/alignment with Source.

I invite your comments and results, so let me know how this works for you.
Be well, be joyous and prosper!!!

Life is short; let’s make the most of it and get HAPPY—NOW!!!

Have you found TED Talks?

Wow!!!

That’s a totally inadequate expression for the TED Talks, and it captures my awesome feeling for the incredible and phenomenal videos I have found at TED.

A few years ago, I received an email from a friend and it included a link to a YouTube video of a TED Talk in Los Angeles or somewhere (location not really that important). I’m including the link here as I encourage everyone to watch and experience the beauty and delightfulness of this man’s photography: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqsXc_aefKI
